.Net Developer / Programmer

POSITION DESCRIPTION

RTP is looking for qualified product development candidates for a new enterprise framework built on the latest Microsoft technologies. The RTP|ONE Enterprise Framework is a platform that will provide the foundation for the next generation of .NET-based transaction and order processing applications.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

RTP specializes in software and services unique to the resort, in particular, ski resort, industry. RTP has 2 core products – Resort POS (original product) and RTPONE (newer product based on .net/xml), which provide a variety of modules including:  POS, Retail, Rental, Ticket/Pass, Golf, and Food & Beverage.

RTP Development team is responsible for product design, development, testing, and all R&D associated with our Software and Services. Currently, RTP has a team of approximately 20 full time developers and 10+ contractors.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years experience with XML, SQL and .Net programming and development, full product lifecycle development, and support methodologies.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, InstallShield and Microsoft Reporting Services.
• Must have college degree or equivalent experience.

DESIRED SKILLS

Working knowledge or development experience in a software company.

The following industry knowledge would be plus:
Resort (in particular Ski or Golf), Parks & Attractions

The following product knowledge would be a plus:

• POS
• Ticketing
• Activity Management
• Inventory Management
• Retail
• Food & Beverage
• e-Commerce product integration

OTHER
Location – Rocky Mountain Region, Avon/Vail is desired.
Travel may be required.
