RTP|ONE Admissions and Access Control features: Entry Validation: Tickets and passes can be validated against various access control mechanisms, ensuring only valid products and tickets are allowed entry. Tickets and other access controlled products can be set-up for specific dates and locations, and only allows access to those guests with valid tickets or products. Products can also be disabled in the event that a ticket or pass product is lost or stolen. Bar Code or RFID: RTP supports both barcode and RFID systems, and can be used in conjunction with various devices, including gates, handheld devices, and PC/Web Access. So whether you use tickets with bar codes or wristbands with RFID chips, RTP can support a combination of media and access types. Gate Access: Gate access technology reduces the need for multiple operators at the entry lines. Turnstiles open when a ticket or pass is valid, and stay closed and trigger an alert when an invalid product is used, reducing fraud risk. Handheld Devices: RTP supports multiple hand-held devices, based on the Microsoft Mobile Platform. PC/Web Access: Ideal for access locations that don’t have an access device, PC/web access gives you the ability to validate the product via a PC and connection to the Internet, so you can still track guest information at all your access locations. Messaging: Your operators can provide better service with messaging capabilities via handheld devices. Messaging can include important messages to operators about the status of a product, such as “suspended,” “stolen,” “expired,”, or “lost.” Access Reporting: Get up-to-date information about the visitors to your resort or attraction with detailed access reports. Reports by location, pass type, usage, and sales information give the information you need to operate efficiently.
